Poor quality of product & After-sales Service not given

Please don't ever purchase anything from a company called Hitech Reverse Osmosis/Waterlife RO. Products of very poor quality... had to replace the membrane within 4 months of purchase at an additional cost of Rs -. Moreover they don't give any after-sales service unless it is from the same dealer you purchase it from!! Despite assurances of service throughout the country, I have not got even the guarantee period service in a metro - Kolkata, so we can just imagine the plight in smaller cities!! They only have a retail outlet in a metro like Kolkata - no service outlet. I would call it cheating and fraud by the so-called company, because promises have not been delivered. Purchased the system from Maruti Enterprises, Lucknow.
