Non working of Telephone

Sir,

My residential telephone is not working since 14/8/10 the complaint was registered at the no 198 and the docket no was 1000725479 the phone continued to be down since then almost 16 days are over and nearly 100 nos of phones are down in the area since then.

When so many phones are down it needs to be done on priority and attention needs to be paid.

KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
