Egarding the branch manager behaviou

Dear sir,

as we are reputated buisnessman of our locality having a cc limit account on your bank account no.10571956765 firm name hitesh traders on 19 june for the coins the manager has said you come on 20 june i have again visited on 20 june with the request letter he has talk to me so roughly & rudely that i cant expect he should not be the branch manager R.C.GUPTA (ranjhi basti, jabalpur, m.p.)he should be the peon of that branch.

atlast you should take action against the branch manager.
