I did'nt use my credit card yet but when i call up to customer care they said me that your card i used and blocked from my backend dept coz, i did'nt give money back to company, they give me reason that your balance of rs.21000, has been transfer to other side and the think is that i did'nt get my statement yet so how can i used my card and the think is before 2month's i have singed my card and the card using date is august and i get this info from customer care at today means 17-09, so plz help me out from this situtation when tomorrow i swap my card to swaping machine so machine cannot accept my card plz do something and call me, thanks asif.
