Account number: HL10008202313 of 22-12 at SBI -MJJRoad Branch, Nampally, Hyd

with reference to above subject, I wish to bring to your notice that I have been paying my installments for the above loan regularly. To my surprise I have noticed that from Dec- 07 onwards (last check no: 36414 of Andhra Bank Himayatnagar branch, was credited to my account on 24-11-07) no check was credited to my account. Still many number of checks are left with you, for the payment of installments. I have tried my level best to contact the branch on phone and personally. But, I couldn't make it possible. On enquiry with the branch some one told me that house loan accounts were transferred to RACPC Sec-bad. Till today I couldn't get any intimation about this either from the branch or from RACPC. I am little bit worried about the accumulation of principle as well as interest. In this connection I want to specify that I am not responsible for any delay for either late payment of installment or for the additional interest, if any for the delayed period (as checks are rests with you). I want to bring another thing to your notice that it will be burdensome for me to pay huge sum at one installment (for all these months).

It is better in the interest of customer to notify the radical changes with the payment system. Otherwise, customer lodges into the trouble.

I request you to act necessarily and make arrangements to send installment checks regularly to my account
