Lan card not working

I have purchase from Infocare solution Pvt Ltd, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar (Orissa) on 11th of may my first problem was identify on 15th may i.e also Lan prob (the internet conection is always diconneting second complaine has given on 14th september they have replaced the mother board and they solved the problem and given us the same on 12 oct. again unforunatlly and on 15 nov we found the same problem and complained has already register in the same firm in which i have purchase so my request is to replace the C.P.U to avoide this type of problem in future, its my humble request to you to take fast action against it and serve it to me as soon as possible.

And for any info call me in the below given no. of my.
