NO NETWORK COVERAGE OF TATA INDICOM

Dear Sir,

We are users of Tata Indicom with our 20 CUG connection, we are facing network issue since past one month in our Belapur-Navi Mumbai office but the service provider is least interested to attend the complaint. Their service engineer visited our premises 2 weeeks ago & convinced with the issue & agreed to install a signal booster in our office. After his visit no body turned up & we are following with them on a daily basis but they are not ready to listen to us.

As a result of this we are making revenue loss of Rs.1, 00, 000.00 daily.

We request you to take up the matter with them & help us in solving the complaint.
