No Water since 3 months, while the paying bill every month

Sir,

I m T.ChandraKanth s/o T.VenaktaRamaiah residing in 1-2-207 Nageshwar Rao Nagar Colony, Kothapet, Saroornagar Post, Hyderabad AP 500035.

We are not getting water since 3 months and we paying the water bill every time. Our house comes under HMWS & B in Kothapet Hyderabad. I kindly request to send water sooner to the water since we are paying the water bill every time.

I also want to make it that our neighbour in 1-2-208/1 is using motor in water meter illageally where we are not getting the water.

Kindly take action sooner and make us the water get.
