Yellowish Drinking Wate

It's really havoc for us here in and around Saroornagar where we have been getting water almost every day but polluted water. Sometimes you can see dust particles in it and other times muddy. Most of the times we see yellowish water. This is the situation here. We complained many time personally but no use.
