Drainage overflow - chronic

Sir, Iam a resident of flat no.208, sterling majestic, boiguda, secunderabad. From past 15days, drainage water is flowing through our premises from the railway officers quarters, boiguda. Our complaint to you and the railway authorities in this regard has not helped us in any way. The said drain is flowing across our drinking water pipeline. Iam afraid if it gets mixed up... Our apartment would be one more BHOLAKPUR . Hence i request you to act immediately and solve the problem or atleast let us know what could be done from our end.
