We have not received Election card

We (Myself & my wife) have applied for Election card with form no.8 along with related documents& photo, now our names are in voters list without photograph & we don't received Election card yet.

on 22 nd June we have also appeared for photo session campain carried out by Election commission Div. at Aurangabad in our ward.

After all above session it was told by officers that card will be received on same spot where the photo sesssion was carried out but at this moment nobody is there to entettained these matters. main question is that How & when will card received with photograph? What is status of card?

Or

Shall we submit the form no. 8 along with related papers again? where we can get anser of this question.?
