Snl broadband portal is not working

The site which was recoomended for cheaking the account usage of my broadband connection (www.data.bsnl.in) does'nt opens from past two weeks. Iam not able to view my account usage, i want to know the reason behind this happenings. Kindly inform me about the malfuntioning of your servers.
