Oad condition in 2nd St. Samathanagar, Malkajgiri Mpl. Circle

The road condition in 2nd St of Samathanagar, under Malkajgiri Mpl Circle is in very bad state. Every time it rains, the waters from colonies on higher plane pass through the 2nd st making it very difficult to reach/stay in houses. Written Complain handed over to Commissioner in Malkajgiri Mpl Office about two months back. He says the work was already given to a contractor. However, the rates are reported to be unworkable and the contractor has not up so far. Can something be done on this on priority?

This apart, next to the door of 29-1382/76, Samathanagar, the neighbours are running cottage/mediumscale industry in house, causing lot of noise and smell pollution. Can something be done on this
