Complaint on illegal immigration by an Indian Corporate and hence evading payment of tax to the US government

Dear Sir or Madam,

I the undersigned hereby bring to your kind concern about certain illegal practices followed by a company while sending their IT professionals to United States of America on B1 Visa, which is exclusively meant for foreigners intending to visit United States on Business visits only, wherein the said visitors holding B1 visa are prohibited from working for gain while during his short stay within the United States. Contrary to these basic regulations, A Globally reputed, multi location IT company (India) has been continuously sending employees and making these professionals to work on projects and have been billing the clients on completed assignments, thereby evading payment of tax on earnings to the US government.

On the other hand, though these professionals traveling to United States are not aware of these facts, but are following their employer’s instructions, to these unprofessional, unethical and illegal procedures of the Company, the undersigned is one of the victims. Having realized the real facts, when raised voice by questioning the Company management on such illegal procedures, The Company HR department has accused certain employees including the undersigned of involving in certain misconduct (s) and/or service rules and as a result of the same, has terminated these set of employees from service and has refused to even accept voluntary resignation.

In the circumstances, the undersigned together with other victimized employees without having any other alternative, have initiated legal action against Company Management as per Indian law. And further, are bringing Company’s immigration practices to your esteemed knowledge and request you to kindly take appropriate action as per law and in the interest of justice and equity.
