Discontinuation of mtnl broadband connection wef: 10-9-09 due to various reasons.

1) Mtnl has failed to provide services to the customers in time.

2) There is a constant server and connectivity problems.

3) Mtnl have no competent technical staff to solve the problem of the customers. Mtnl is sending lineman one who does not know the abcd of broadband connection and dial up connection.

4) If you lodge the complaint about broadband connection, they will convert it into dialup connection and charged heavily.

5) The exchange staff is not cooperative with the customers. They always blame customers.

6) No software and hardware engineers are attending the complaints. The telephone operators are directing the customers to contact such and such person. Even that person is not available.

7) When i have submitted my application for discontinuation of the broadband connection wef 10-09-09

i was asked to to return DSL modem box and accessories. On the same day I have returned the same and obtained the receipt. but no response for discontinuation and refund of my deposite.

8) Another problem is that i have given option to deduct my monthly charges through my bank. Instead of deducting the monthly amount. The mtnl concerned staff told me that due to the internal problem of the exchange, they have not deducted the same and i will have to pay late fee.

9) My question is that why the customers will have to pay late fee whereas this is the fault of the mtnl.

I therefore request to the higher authorities of the mtnl to discontinue my broadband connection wef 10-09-09 and also charged broadband connection as per my plan 849 and immediate action for discontinuation of broadband services immediately and inform me accordingly.
