Very delayed delivery

I booked an envelope EN 629873641 IN on 7th March from speed post center CHANDRAMOULIPURAM - VIJAYAWADA (520010). The envelope addressed to Syamsundar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad-13, was not delivered even on 13th March. I tried tracking it on their website, and the result was junk (report states - booked in Dec from Chennai and on way to Khammam).

After I sent an Email to the concerned and phoned them, the article was delivered on 13th evening.

A private courier does the job in max three days for Rs 14 only. The sppeedpost charges Rs 25, but delivery is worse than ordinary post.
