I got my compaq presario V6211au laptop in march. It worked fine for almost 6-7 months and then all the problems started occurring. Firstly the dvd drive failed then after some time my network adapter failed and then the motherboard. As it was in warranty, i got it replaced. Even after getting everything replaced, the dvd drive failed again after 2 months and it has been like that since. In january this year my motherboard failed again and i got it reapaired from. They charged me Rs. 5300, telling me that there was a problem with the motherboard. They gave me a warranty of one month. Now after almost 2 months, ie, one month out of warranty it failed again. They say that they will be charging the same amount again for repairing even if its 2 months from the last repair.
