Slow connection

Hi, I have 512kb mtnl connection and after a month of good connection, it became very slow these days. I am getting 150 kb max. Its about a week I have been complaining, and sending mails everyday but no result. wondering what is it that stopping them from solving my problem. I thought I should

support a public sector over the privet one but never thought they could be that lazy and so careless about their consumers. why? If things doesn't changes soon, i will go for a legal thing for sure. are we, indians, going to rais this way? boooo.
