Non-attendant of pending work

For the past six months I had made several complaints regarding non-attendant of pending electric work. Before diwali new electric installtion work was carried out. Unfortunately the work was not completely done. As fan, tubelight and calling work was not installed this was brought to the notice of the concerned JE Mr. yadav and also to the contractor Mr. Chopra and also to the tekedar Suraj. This people have not taken my complaint serious? I don't understand why JE is supporting the tekedars and not helping the residents. He never visited my house inspite of makind several complaints. I hope people who see this mail will understand how our JE and other officers of CPWD works.
