REPEATED NON-RECEIPTS OF SUN CERTIFICATE Through SANTRAGACHI P.O.(711104)

My Certificate on SCWCD were air-mailed (ordinary) to me twice, first on 09-MAR-09 and then re-sent on 22-APR-09 (after complaining of non-receipt of the first) from Sun Microsystems, USA.

I fall under SANTRAGACHI P.O., Howrah (PIN-711104), with whom I have been in regular touch/follow-up. The Certificates were expected to be received in 4 weeks. BUT, I have not received the said SCWCD certificate yet even after that was re-sent to me.

In this context follwoing observations may please be noted :

(i) My colleagues in KOLKATA have received all the certificates (SCJP and SCWCD) well in time.

(ii) There are other victims in my area (SANTRAGACHI P.O.); incidently I recently met one candidate who had come to the P.O. in search of her SCJP certificate from SUN Microsystems, USA.

(iii) My SCJP certificate was received in about 6 weeks, that too, after follow-up with the P.O.

I am going to request the SUN Microsystems to send the certificate a third time.

(I wonder why such a big company despatches its popular professional Certificates, which are not free, thru an ordinary mail.)

But, I do hope the India Post to address the situation so that I get my valuable certificates now and in future.
