manali new town, phase -1, chennai -103,

The above mentioned address we are constructing new building, so we applied the commercial service, we have payed the amount properly with proper mmda plot document, after one week The FOREMAN - paranthaman, and helper saravanan came and given the connection .while giving connection at the time paranthaman asking some amount, but we are not ready to give the money for to them, at last he dint properly given the connection for my new connection .at the time itselft we have checked there is no supply in our board. so again i have complaint to AE, then after two days they came and given the supply. At the time also they asking amount . please take necessary action to them.
