Very Slow Speed

Hi,

This is Manish from Mumbai, I an subscriber for MTNL ADSL Broadband Connection from September. Prevoiusly I had subscribed for DSL 599 Plan (minimum download speed as committed by MTNL on thier site is 256Kbps) but the speed I was getting was pretty good between 150Kbps to 175 Kbps.

Since last month I have changed my plan to Trib Unlimited 256 Kbps after that the speed has reduced to 25- 28 Kbps (minimum download speed as committed by MTNL on thier site is 256Kbps).

I had logged a call at the Triband Helpdesk, but no use & the troubleshooting steps they told was to add the MTNL DNS Server. That did not help resolving my issue. Please help
