Dear Sir,

With reference to the above ATM cum Debit card I am to mention the following for your information and necessary action.

On 27.06.2009 I used the above card at ISKCON, Rajajinagar, Bangalore for paying donation of Rs 5000/- which was duly debited to my savings bank account # 41612 in your branch. (copy of the slip was attached)

When I went to the bank on 04.07.2009 for filling my pass book I noticed to my surprise that there is debit of Rs 15000/- (5000 X 3) from the same card at the same time (copy of the pass book sheet was attached).

I also made enquires at ISKCON, for excess payment to their account but there is only one credit (copy of the sheet was attached with the highlight of the credit)

Therefore It is past more than 40 days since I have brought this to your notice. I except that action will be taken to credit the excess amount of Rs 10000/- back to my above SB account.
