DND not efeective

Ever since my taking a Dophin connection I am being pestered with unsolicited SMS. I had opted for DND many times and still the nuisance continues.

Every time I register DND I was told the effect will take place after 45 days.

Now:

1. Why it should take 45 days for making DND operative?

2. Once opted for DND how it again becomes not effective?

3. It is a real exploitation of the MTNL Dolphin customers for commercial benefits.

Expect specific answers to all the above 3 genuine points of complaint.
