I was provided with land line on 25 Aug 09. The phone line was working for only one day then there was thunder on 26 Aug 09 since then no ring tone nor any incoming calls received nor out going calls have gone. I have been complaining regarding this till date no action has been taken My phone no. is 2201691 at VSV, AFCCTS, Gurgaon.
