Deactivation of programmes

Sir,

I am having idea sim No. 9990591657. Recently some of the programmes have been unfortunately activated because of the wrong guidelines given by the customer care serivice people. I had requested the customer care services several times to deactivate these programmes. I had recieved the confirmation sms that these programmes have been deactivated. But on records this has not been so. My complaints have fallen into the deaf ears of idea customer care people. Whenever I recharge, money is deducted this has caused me lot of financial loss. Atleast now my complaint will be looked and these programmes are deactivated immediately without any further delay.
