Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower in Midst of Residential Area at roof of H.No.4-111, BHEL HIG Phase-2, Ushodaya Enclave, Madinaguda, Hyderabad-500049, A.P, INDIA

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of BHEL HIG Phase-2, Ushodaya Enclave, Madinaguda, Hyderabad-500049 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, I had licensed my premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower on top of my residence without knowing of effect of radiation.

Now with reference to many TV and paper news came to know about this fact, BHEL Executive Society and colony residents objected the said installation and also requested me for removal of Mobile Tower. As I received the notice from my colony society, I have served a notice to tower company to remove tower from my house. But even after 9 months of time given to them, Airtel have not taken any action for removal.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

Please suggest and help for removal.
