No proper response from dealer and toll free

Sir,

I have paid Rs.99 (package) Rs.11 (tax) for the south indian special with tamil package

for the Airtel DTH service on 23/11/09.But still now I dont recieve JayaTV, Star Vijay and other tamil channels as mentioned in the channel details of the package.

There is no proper response from the PONDICHERRY DEALER Mr. LOGU and also from the Airtel toll free.
