I not able to get sittings from aircel

Sir my complaint is dis last day i recharger internet card of aircel after dat i send message on 121 for sittings of internet on ma cell phone.but i got only welcome messages.i call many time's to customer care but they alway's we send dat on ur cell i not get any sittings messages u check there how many time i call customer care and i messages there.so plz kindly solve my problem... i hope solve shortly. my is 9716312328
