Hi,

My BSNL land line has been dead from 21nd March complaint no & docket no - 59 . I received bill for April'2008 broadband charges is Rs. 117 even my broadband is not working also. And telephone office authority said that if your phone is dead not possible to do internet when i asked to repair broadbond atlest.

My question is that how the broadband charges come if phone is dead.
