I applied for LL BB in Nov. After repeated follow ups visits to various BSNL OFFICES Cable 50meters was laid from nearest underground junction and phone was kept in my home in first week of feb 08.After repeated follw ups they told me in last week of feb08 that my phone no is 26660531.I started getting bills and I STARTED PAYING BILLS. The problem is dial tone is embedded in noice and intermittent. WHENEVER I get clear dial tone I am making a complaint call. But so far the fualty line has not been
