Passport verification not yet done be the R.P.O (Bangalore)

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I had already

submitted my original documents as

required by the R.P.O.(Bangalore) But

I dont understand why is it taking so long

for them to verify my whereabouts

though I had a passport earlier but its

recently been lost but complaint and F.I.R

is already lodged and all clear documents

submitted, but I am unable to trace my

record on their government website which

is mentioned above. Please let me know how

long will this procedure go on before I can

receive my new passport and my file details

in your record. I hope you will take quick

action on this issue and do the above
