Phone not working since last two weeks

'My name is P.somi reddy I am a resident of oldbowenpally (samthanagar colony). I have been a BSNL subscriber for more than 2 decades now and that’s the reason in spite of my glitches with it; it still opts to continue with BSNL in spite of so many better service providers.

My phone is not woking since last two weeks (040-27792131). Instead of repeated complaints on telephone line. I request to look into this matter as soon as possible.
