Respected Sir, THis is to inform you that i am a senior citizen and our house is built till 2nd floor and it is totally approved and we want to make 3rd floor as it is now been allowed by mcd and we want to make it also by plan and we have aalu for plan from 5 month's but the J.E of our Majlis-park area keeps on delaying it and whenever i went to office he pay's no attention and i went there 20 times and i am seniour citizen and it is not possible to go there again and again! So i request you to take necessary action as early as possible!
