PF due & PF form not received

Dear sir,

I Ankit Desai from Ahmedabad, Gujarat was working in Homecareretail Mart Pvt. Ltd (Mumbai base compony)(Magnet hyper market).

since 1st july to 1st may.as a Store Manager. There was total 167 staff.

DIRECTOR OF COMPONIES ARE: MR.ASHOK MAHESHWARI, OM MAHESHWARI & PRABODH SODANI.

The compony deduct our pf amount from our salary every month.now they already close down their compony from ahmedabad site.

now i and other staff demand for our pf amount but till date they are not given us.and give us pf form also.
