Misbehaving while telecalling for the product

This is regarding a call i received from Home Care Solutions company. Around 09 Sep 2009 i received one call from lady Jhanvi (9540029735) asking me for my home care requirement. I asked the lady to send me the details on my email id. On 22nd of september i again received a call from this lady. She said am i intersted in the offer. I said no. She started abusing me. She said&-quot;pahle so rahe the kya" and she disconnected the call.when i again called her she said&-quot;Mera naam jhanvi hai, jo karna hai karlo, mere nam ki mala japo".
I think this company is fraud. They have trained their telemarketing executives to befool innocent people & trap them.
A strict action must be taken against this company.
