I had purchased a stabilizer for my AC from this company; Homelines, 422 F; Sector 3 Vaisahli, Ghaziabad. After about 2 weeks this developed a fault and the company took it back saying that it will be repaired and returned in 3 days. The product is under warranty. Today it has been 2 weeks and the stabilizer has not come back. The concerned people do not pick up our phone calls and yesterday the owner Mr. Kashyap just refused point blank to do anything about it. He says he will not return the stabilizer and I can go and talk to anyone I want.
I want this company and particularly Mr. Kashyap to be panlised for breach in service delivery and taking away a product for which I have paid the money in full. I have the required documentation to support my claim.
