Outstanding Amount

Dear Sirs,

Today I received a call from Mr Sumit (01244319400) stating my EMI for March is still outstanding with some Late payment charges and had some scheme to settle that amount.

I was shocked to hear this and informed him that I have already cleared this amount and due to some system error at your end I was charged 1.5% extra in my EMI for March-April 09. This amount was supposed to be waived and same was promised by Mr Saif (9850867892) your Customer Care Executive at Dhole Patil Road Office in Pune.

Now when I called up your Help Line number the executive advised me that yes there was some outstanding amount I am suppose to clear.

I really do not understand why this issue is still outstanding and why I am charged for cheque bounce when initially your Bank had some transaction issues and was promised for the waiver of this amount as well.

I called Saif at 03:00 pm and informed him about the same, he said would check and get back to me. After couple of hours when I had no response from Saif I tried again, however he's not responding to my calls.

Please sort this at the earliest.
