Error in Cibil Report

I have applied for personal loan with Axis Bank. They have approved the loan and completed all formalities but now they have stopped further process of disbursement. Axis bank says that there is one home loan where I stands as Co-applicant.

Below is the detail of the home loans as per cibil -

Payment History Start Date : 01-04

Payment History End Date : 01-04

Account Number: Blank

Account Type: Joint

Type: OTHER

Closed: Blank

Suit Failed: NA

High Credit : 324000

Current Balance : 288647

Overdue :

Reported : 03-11

The above record is null and void as far as my knowledge goes. But I have no clue how can I get this suspicious item removed from cibil.

Probably this might have some correlation with my father's home loan. But that was taken in 2001 and has been closed in 2008.

Can you please help me in getting my cibil history cleaned so that it reflect credit history correctly. Please feel free to contact me for any clarification or more information.
