Disquilify for home loan without any reason

I had applied for home loan at nashik. For this I had given ICICI cheque

of Rs. 4770/- through Mr. sujit kulkarni home loan person,

as a processing fee.

yesturday i came to know throught your person the loan was not sanctioned to me.

Earlier it was told that it would take maximum 1 weeks to sanctioned the

loan. accordingly i have booked the house at pune, But it was not sanctioned without any reason, builder refuse to give the refund..

i have being the exiting customer for hdfc home loan. i alrady taken a loan in 2004 from hdfc.

why i have not been qualify this time .pl. clearify.pl. check my record also.

i have cummunicated with mr. gangalin this regard at main branch hdfc nashik.

pl. clear the thing as early as possible to procced to apply other bank.
