Home loan from lic housing finance

I have applied for home loan in january but still on date i have no idea about the status. I am visiting every week to lic office but LIC executive does not give any feed back to me. Mr. himanshu, LIC executive

is demanding more and more documents every time, says HO JAYEGA . no body from office pick up the phone when I call from out side. LIC HOUSING FINANCE is making harrasment of me.now the agent

(mr. tiwari) has told me that if I give some money to lic person then the work will be fast. Is this the policy of LICHFL.Some government authority should find out the reason.
