Heavy interst of Home Loan

I had purchase a individual home through loan of Rs.7, 50, 000 from Brila Home Finance (BHW) on September at a rate of 7.25% interest for 20 years. On this date the BHW collected 12.25% of interest from me for more than 20 years of my loan tenure. As on now other National Banks as well as other private banks charges 9% interest for home loan. But the BHW did not reduced their interest for any cause, it is rediculas and it seems that BHW cheated their customers by charging heavy loan interest of 12.5%. I hereby request you to kindly take necessary steps to cancel the BHW Finance company from our india.
