Not giving response to complaint made in last week

My husband Mr. Nikhil Deshpande and me availed loan centurian bank of punjab which was merged with ur bank. Regarding various problemes we have mail complaint to you about

1. not getting of loan accounts statements of our loan accounts (loan account nos. are mention in previous complaint).

2. not getting any up dates from your bank

but we haven't given any reply from your office. We were especting reply with in 2-3 days from the date of complaint from your bank to give ECS clearnce to you. at fault if we would not able to give ECS statement if your bank will not give loan account statements. Again we need mention that to get timely loan account statement is our legetimate right. We are requesting you to send loan accounts staments to our postal address at the earliest.
