i took a home loan from icici bank whose EMI Rs3386 i pay by PNB cheques regularly without any fault till today but this year my cheques were deposited upto July.

On 24/6 I handed over the PNB cheques From no.896976 to 896987 (total 12 cheques) to Mr. Ajay. K.Sapkale (ph.no 09225120605) agent from icici bank, JALGAON (MAHARASHTRA). He took Rs 8 (Rs 84) extra per cheque but no reciept was given to me. After few days an another agent of icici jalgaon branch Mr. Sunil Jadhav came to my homeand he told me that the cheques were not dposited into the bank. I told him that Mr. Ajay. K.Sapkale took 12 cheques from me than immediately contacted to MrAjay. K.Sapkale. Than he told me that the cheques were with Mr. Ajay... and he went away. After few days i was out of station and suddenly on that day my wife's call on my mobile. She told that somebody came from icici jalgaon branch to ask for EMI cheques.

He told that he was a executive. I told her to give him the phone. When i was talking with him i was travelling in the train. I was feeling like that i was a very big defaulter. My family members were very upset due to this cause. I told him that i already gave the cheques to Mr.ajay... He talked to Mr ajay... After his conversation he told that he today deposited the cheques in the jalgaon icici bank. Just today call came from the bombay homeloan department. Mr. Rakesh told me that my cheques were not deposited. I had to tell them the whole story again. When i asked him to give me address he refused to give me the following. After this whole incident my belief was over on your icici bank's Worker System. I am very angry. I was torchored by your working staff. Please work on my request.
