Not disbursement

Dear Sir,

We have been sanction loan amount of Rs.23, 00, 000/- Dt.22/04/09. At the time of disbursement your bank asked for APF papers from Builders & same have been submitted personally at your Ghatkopar branch through above franchise inspite of several reminder not only to Neha Enterprises but also to Mr. Rajesh Virkar Branch Manager incharge they are not responding our call & also doesn't tell us what is the status of our loan.

Please see to it that my matter shall be resolved urgently & your staff delayed daily techniques are really upset me & for that either I have to drop your proposal & send me my processing fees of Rs.12685/- paid to you on 07/05/09 & I have lost faith in your Home Finance products, your staffs are not moving to clear the issue & unnecessarily every alternate day I have to remind them for status of loan.

Your early action on the said matters are highly appreciated.
