Incorrect correspondense from ICICI Home Loan

I am not ICICI home loan customer still I used to get correspondence telegram for Sushil Soni at my residential address. I have already raised request no. SR112812159 at Ghole road pune Home Loan branch about receiving letters from ICICI Home loan at my residential address in the name of Sushil Soni. I am owner and resident of this property since 26 Jan. I don't know who is Sushil Soni and he has never been resident of property since it got constructed. Not sure but this Sushil Soni person might have done some fraud activity with ICICI Home Loan thats why ICICI Home Loan is sending non contactable telegram at my residential address. I am surprised how come Sushil Soni has provided my residential address proofs to ICICI HomeLoan and bank has accepted it without verification. I had raised this issue with ICICI from last 2 year still I used to get communication letter from ICICI for Sushil Soni.
