In the above connection I would like to inform you that I have taken home loan from your bank on 20.05.2005.vide applicatin no 7774666807 Loan A/c No LBJAI00001057812. I did not recevied any statement of payment since 2005 In this matter I had contact to your Jaipur customer care but no fruitful result came out.

Now I request to you kindly sent repayment statement to my residence address or email address.
