Intrest issue

We have taken home loan from last 3 year, the loans is in fluctuating basis,

earlier the rates increased day by day but when the rates got down as per rbi they never make the changes in the rate of intrest.

we are getting cheated from the abn amro bank & as we called the bank they said it will get change from next month

please guide us how to solve this issue
