Less deduction of principal in 07-08 than last yea

Respected Sir,

I am a home loan customer having LAN LBABD00001259972 at Ahmedabad. On going through Annual Statement for IT for the year 08, it was found that out of total amount of installments paid of Rs.64 thousand, only four thousand was deducted as Principal amount which was approx nine thousand in the previous year i.e. 07. It is requested to clarify why the principal amount has been assessed/deducted less than previous year where as infact it is matter of common sense that the proportion of principal amount in subsequent years should be more than that of the previous years.

In this connection it is therefore requested to correctly reduce the balance outstanding principal amount and oblige. Clarification may be sent to me by post at my following postal address also.
