Dear Sir / Madam,

I applied home for home loan in BHW home loans on 19th July and the person who contact me for the same give me assurance that by 13th July he will give me the sanctioned letter as my documents are ok. Till date I am following with them but they are not rsponding me, whnever i call them tehy disconnect my calls or harras me. They had also took a cheque of Rs. 6200/- from me and the same has been cleared from my account.

Kindly advise what to do
